This season in iSurv1vor your health decreases -1HP each "game day", for a total of -3HP per episode that will be subtracted from your total health at the completion of each episode. You will also be drained of health from challenge losses, unlucky disadvantages, etc. Furthermore, since each of have been plagued, there's an additional -3HP that will be deducted if you do not find a cure before the end of the episode. This sickness will get worse each episode; from -3HP, to -4HP by episode 2, -5HP by episode 3, -6HP by episode 4, so on and so forth.
On the brightside, you will earn health for Immunity Challenge wins, rewards, and episode content.

-3 health damage per episode from Weather Toll
-3 health damage from the Infection (increasing by -1 each episode)
-2 health damage per episode from Immunity Challenge losses
+5 health bonus per episode from Immunity Challenge wins
Anywhere from 0 to +5 health bonus from confessional content per episode

The goal is not only to Outwit, Outplay, and Outlast the competition - but to also keep yourself alive in one of the most haunted locations in the world. Castaways all start at 100HP unless you got the pre-game advantage, in which you will start out at 115HP.
